I’ve been putting in some SERIOUSLY long hours the past couple of weeks getting ready for the launch of AdSense Videos (we’re less than 2 weeks away now!).

Throughout this I’ve been getting lots of help from my "virtual team" across the globe who are providing me with all the elements that make up the site.

My award goes to Adrian Ling who has been an absolute rock.  Adrian runs EasyBizTools and has helped me customize the Affiliate Management software he provides.

The software itself is excellent (it tracks all your affiliate sales, sends emails to affiliates, gives you better affiliate links etc.) but it’s Adrian’s level of support and commitment that really took my breath away.

The guy is outstanding and I feel indebted to him for the help he’s given me over the past couple of weeks.
