Now this realization becomes even more alarming when you consider that there are some people referring to ‘hits’ as if the figure represents the number of individual people visiting their website when this just isn’t the case.

Making A Good Impression

A ‘page view’, as the name suggests, goes up by one when a page of your website is viewed. So the number of page views your website gets in a month is the number of individual pages of your website that have been looked at.

Using Special Stickers

You need to use them – that’s what! Get into the habit of reviewing the statistics for your website on a regular basis – at least monthly. Discuss the findings with your colleagues and work out a plan for how you’re going to improve your website’s performance.
