Now THAT was a cool trip!

My first time over to the States and my first time speaking at an internet marketing seminar.

Thank you to all of those who made it - it was really great to see you in person and hopefully help you move your own web businesses forward.

I had a real blast speaking from the stage with Sterling Valentine and from the feedback from attendees it seems like those of you in the room did too!

I will be posting pictures here soon of the event but in the meantime I just wanted to thank all of you for making it such a special event and use my spot here to thank the organizers at Focus4TheFuture for putting on the event.

The Power Of Education

It wasn’t just the speaking I enjoyed though as I was able to see some of my own heroes in action including Mike Filsaime who helped me in a big way with the launch of AdSense Videos.  It was Mike who set the way for me to follow and I tried to mimick some of the success he had with Butterfly Marketing in my own launch.

In fact, if I’m honest - it was all the stuff I learned from Mike’s Butterfly marketing (although I didn’t use his software) that really sent my launch of AdSense Videos onto another level so it was great to see him speaking live for the first time.

I also want to publicly thank Sterling Valentine for being a great speaking partner and Joint Venture Partner on our new product and project - he’s great fun and although I felt before the event that I knew him like a brother it was cool to meet up in person..

So all in all it was a great time and I even managed to squeeze in a trip to eat lunch at the top of the Space Needle in Seattle as well as visit the Pike Fish Market (more on that next blog post!!)..
