I always see the free web site and the $105.00 of free adwords. There is never any details about what the free web site contains. Not to be critical but $105.00 worth of adwords can be burned through in one day.
There are so many people who are plain liars you unfortunately get lumped with the industry as a whole by default. It is not your fault it is just a fact.
I am aware you have done quite well, but honestly you are the exception rather than the rule. Google ? They aren’t anyones friend. They are a publically traded company and EPS rules their thinking.
As a search engine they simply are not that good. The first ten line items on a search may have a single URL. Thinking clearly about the way they operate, it is like have the first ten cards in a library card catalogue have a chapter or a page in a book as an individual card.
Truthly looking at it today the first ten line items are adsense web sites. They are stacking the deck in an attempt to generate the numbers for their stockholders. It is not about quality information it is about money and only money.
It accounts for the reason why a large number of people have lost interest Internet content. They will continue to loose interest until the purely profit motive has been removed from the mix.

Phew! Looks like Ralph is not over happy with Google!
There are plenty of other traffic methods Ralph.
Anyway, Michael, i’m interested to see what you are planning to do next.
I hope you don’t venture too far from the IM arena. I’ve learned a lot from you and so have my subscribers.
regards
Roy

Hello Michael,
Fellow Brit, Mickey, here. A Londoner. “All right, mate?” ;o)
I’m enjoying the updates, especially the photos. I have to say, THAT scenery near your house… simply beautifull! The seaview from Andrew’s is spectacular as well. I can smell that fresh sea air from here!
Nice to see how “the other half” lives. Gives the rest of us inspiration and hope. I mean, “if Michael can do it, so can we”. ;o)
No. Seriously. It’s good stuff and you fully deserve it.
Funny, I touched base with Andrew — oh, must be about 4 years ago — about a project I was working on at the time. It was to do with being a contributor in a traffic membership site. He said “yes”… so did a few other big name “gurus”. But I let life (read: clients) get in the way and it kinda fizzled out.
Yep, been kicking myself ever since. Repeatedly. It’s become a ritual now.
I’m looking forward to hearing about his coaching, and also about your news of the new direction you’re taking in your life.
Exciting stuff, eh? Keep us posted.
Best wishes,
Mickey
P.S. Yes, when are we going to get to meet the missus? Or is this just a figment of your imagination, and the glimpse we saw of her in a previous photo(s) was a passer-by? LOL

I am always Happy to let myself be surprised by some new and insightfull usable ideas about getting traffic. So, if Costa Dedes has some secrets to share I am alway’s open for suggestions…., also having a ‘Weird Brain’ myself I am kind of curious about what Andrew Fox might be able to share that might be able to make a difference in my current Online Business.
For what taking time out to have fun, sunshine, laughing, friendship,
relaxation and reflection is concerned…,
I Completely agree…, In fact..,
One of my ‘Happy Vibe’ Syndicated Columns is titled: “RELAX”. and for what laughing is concerned I have on my blog a ‘Joke of the Day’ and a ‘Funny Quote of the Day’ for everybody to get a smile on their faces. Because it’s streamed on my blog by a ‘Third party’, it’s one of the reasons that even I myself like to visit my own
blog because of it!
I am very curious what new direction you are planning.
All the Best,
HPvD.

Love the photos and the pdf newsletter, but I kind of miss the CMN news “show”…my girls always laughed when I would pause the video and your face would end up in unsusal configurations. :o)
Can’t wait to hear more about this Costa fellow!

Abi - thanks for your kind comments, glad you like the newsletter. Ok, I will feature a pic of my wife in a future newsletter - I promise!
Ralph - there are a lot of people who agree with you and I guess it is something all business owners face - treading the line between keeping your customers’ best interest at heart and making a profit. I understand your frustrations though as Roy rightfully points out - there are a LOT more traffic methods. I’ll be sharing some of these with you soon when I go behind the scenes of Costa’s traffic system in a video this week.
Keep your comments coming - I love em’!

Hi Michael,
As always, love your newsletter!
You are right about Costas’s Tom Traffic System.
I’ve been fortunate enough to speak with him a couple of times lately via email.
I dove right into it once I received a copy, and am very thrilled with his whole package. Very nice, and eye opening!
I’m looking forward to seeing your video on it!
Cheers Michael and thanx again,

Susan - yes, the video newsletters were fun to create though rather time-consuming so I’m sticking to the PDFs just now unless you can put up with just me in front of a camera..
Davin - you’re right, Costa certainly knows his onions
Paul - congratulations to you! Just don’t call your daughter Andrew in honour of ‘Foxy’ himself and you’ll be fine..
Sean - you still having problems opening the newsletter? Just try left clicking on it instead and see if it opens in your browser.
HP - I will be revealing my new direction in life soon, it is going to be exciting!
Mickey - great to hear from a fellow Brit. Yes, the ‘missus’ is in hot demand from everyone, pictures next time!
