Just a quick update. The past couple of weeks have been very hectic and enjoyable.
I was lucky enough to win Live8 tickets and see Elton John, Madonna, U2 and many more in London’s Hyde Park last weekend. It was a great event with a brilliant message - to make poverty history.
The world’s leaders are at the G8 summit as I type and let’s hope they finally stand up to their posts and listen to the millions of people on this planet that feel it’s time that, in the 21st century, nobody should be dying because of lack of money.

Remembering Perspective
What with the ‘Make Poverty History’ campaign and yesterday’s terrorist atrocities in London it’s been a sobering time recently. Sometimes it’s all too easy to get caught up in your own struggles and battles on a day to day basis and forget some of the most basic and important things in life - like those you love, your freedom, your health and your life itself.
Quick Pep Talk
I’ll leave you with a quote from one of my idols - Tony Robbins. It’s about how you should always push yourself to learn more and achieve more. Bodybuilders only have large muscles because they are constantly pushing themselves further and extending the boundaries of what their bodies are able to achieve and so their muscles grow to accommodate this extra effort.
"Comfort zones kill the human spirit." - Tony Robbins
