Well - here I am at the back of the room at Mike Filsaime’s New York event - the 2007 Figure Workshop. It’s currently 09:17AM on the first day.
Mike Filsaime and Tom Beal have just given out the agenda for the weekend which I’ll share with you in a moment.
I’m sat next to David Cavanagh (the friendly Aussie at http://www.davidcavanagh.com ) and I’ve already met a lot of other top guys - Mike Merz, Glen Hopkins, Joel Therein, Sterling Valentine, Jeff Walker, Tom Beal and Filsaime himself obviously).
The first thing I should tell you is that I’ve had to sign a waiver saying that I won’t disclose stuff from this event and Filsaime sent me a half-joking email asking if I was going to create a PDF of all my notes and sell it on!
Of course I’ve got to be careful here - attendees have paid $5000 here and this is Mike’s entire business model that’s getting revealed.
But don’t worry - I spoke to Mike yesterday and he said what I can and what I CAN’T divulge.
