Rich Schefren is the next speaker up. I was running a bit late leaving my room to get here and then as the elevator doors were closing and then a foot stepped in to stop them..
..that foot belonged to Rich Schefren.
So there’s me and Rich in the elevator and I was rushing to his speech thikning I was late.
“Hey, what’s up? I didn’t want to miss your slot.”
“Filsaime told me I was on at 4pm!”
So anyway, we both got there in the end. Rich shared a lot of great information about the importance of building your business around processes.
He’s got some excellent slides that bring you countless A-HA moments and make you see your online business in the bigger picture.
This was the best event I’ve ever been to and although I doubt they’ll run another one if you get chance to speak to anyone who was here - pick their brains!
I had a great time and it really brought home to me that we’re in the PEOPLE business, not the Internet business.
