What appealed most to me was not only your bonuses (though I already had a couple of them) but, especially, Mike's "Butterfly Marketing" bonus. I received yours right away but, when I failed to receive Mike's bonus as promised, I dropped a note to his support people - and copied that note to yours, just as an FYI. To date, I've heard from neither of you. Wjhat does this do to the ethics of these promotions? Are they no longer to be believed? Michael,
