These guys do squat. They are afraid of their own shadow so they never move. They just sit there – cowering and slowly dying. It’s kinda pathetic.

Type 2 – the Nazi Newbie

These guys are so angry at the world they blame anyone and everyone who gets in their way. Amazingly this rage sometimes results in success but they never share it, they never teach others and they’re generally pretty loathsome creatures.

And then we come to;

Type 3 – the Ninja Newbie

These are action-taking, never say die, warriors who do whatever it takes to succeed. And despite having countless knock-backs they always emerge victorious and lower their hand down the ladder to help those behind them.

Eric is a ninja newbie.
