Back in the day when I was a blinkered believer in giving content away for free I wasted hours of my life creating 51 videos and putting them on YouTube.

Then one day they banned my account and deleted all the videos.

ZAP. Gone…

At first I was pissed because I was making good money from all those videos but then it dawned on me;

“This is the best thing ever.”

It made me see the cold, hard TRUTH about YouTube;

They have all the control – not the content creators.

(By the way – my account was banned because some douchebag launched a hate campaign against me and flagged all my perfectly legitimate videos).

So rather than spit the dummy out it came as a wake up call to me;

Creating free content sucks.

Leave it to others to do that and you can turn their content into money.

YouTube does this to the tune of $70 billion.

They’ve never made a single video themselves.
