10:30 Take a shower
11:00 Work
12:00 Lunch with my wife and kids
13:00 Walk the dog
14:00 Work
17:00 Dinner with my wife and kids
18:30 Bedtime routine with my kids
19:30 Chill out
22:00 Bedtime

That’s it.

I don’t do any work on weekends.
