I got back from a dog walk the other day to see a red warning sticker on my wheelie bin;

“Aberdeenshire Council does not collect EXCESS rubbish. You have EXCEEDED your permitted amount of rubbish and the EXCESS has been returned back into your bin.”

Buggers.

I can kinda see their point though because;

I’d filled my bin to the brim (it happens with 2 kids and a shop-a-holic wife) but still had more stuff.

So like any chancer would I left the “EXCESS” next to the bin in the hope they’d take it too.

They told me where to shove it.

This reminds me of a lot of guys selling PLR out there;

They just fill their products with more and more garbage hoping you, the buyer, don’t notice and will take away all the shite.

It’s not until you open up the package you just paid for when you see all the junk inside.
