I’ll never forget that fateful day.

I’d been working on this darned digital product for the best part of a year.

I had all my “ducks lined up” (or so I thought).

And I pushed the big green button and made the thing live.

The traffic went crazy.

Everyone started promoting it.

And then a lorryload of shizzle the size of the Arctic hit the proverbial fan;

Orders were screwing up.

People were paying but not getting access to their products.

People were getting multiple-billed.

People were getting free access.

The entire thing was a mess.

The database of customers was so screwed up I had no way of knowing who had bought what, paid what, if they’d paid at all or what their access login was.

I had to pull the plug.

A year’s work (and a substantial chunk of change) down the toilet.

Ouch.

The lesson here?

Don’t ever create a digital product unless you follow a proven process from someone who’s already done it a thousand times and has made Millions of dollars online.

Someone like this;
