The lesson here?

You’re never too old to learn new tricks.

Our friend Kevin decided to play the victim and paint my emails as stupid, “idiocic” (sic) and full of time-wastery.

I beg to differ.

But if only he’d looked at the marketing, copywriting and invested in the odd recommendation or two to improve his situation instead.

(Or at least learned how to turn caps lock off)
