Opinions, A-holes and Floyd Mayweather

discussion-153916_640Opinions are like A-holes – everyone has one.

But it seems like my “style” of emails (if you can even call it that) seems to attract a certain grade of d-bag most other marketers seem to avoid.

Maybe it’s my pheromones?

Either way;

My inbox is never short of some wannabe dude or dudette only too keen to tell me where I’m going wrong in my marketing.

Ahhh – the joyous ignorance of the inexperienced critic.

It’s like the Mayweather v. Pacquiao fight recently;

Everybody became a chuffing boxing expert overnight.

And none of them had fought a single second in the ring.

So let me give you this advice (as someone who has been “several rounds with Tyson” in internet marketing);

Don’t listen to idiots.

If someone is telling you to do something one way but they have worse results than you then tell them where to shove it.

Literally.

And if they’re doing it solely as an opinion without hard data – again see the “sun don’t shine” directive above.

However – when you come across a true expert…

A guy who has results coming out the wazoo and years of battle-earned experience in a particular field of internet marketing then it’s worth paying close attention.

Like my friend Peter Froud;

He’s the ex-cop who turned his inquisitive mind to solving the case of how to rank on page 1 on Google.

He cracked it and it works for anybody and any website.

And it can be done in minutes without software, SEO or backlinks.

Frankly, if it were someone other than Peter saying this – I’d have my doubts.

But this guy is legit.

And you can learn how to use his page 1 Google method here;
