Well I did it.

On Saturday I completed the epic “Snow Roads” ride across Scotland;

180 miles on a bike in one day up 11,000 feet of ascending.

Ouch.

To be honest – it wasn’t too bad.

You know why?

Preparation.

I’ve trained for months, planned everything to a tee before the day even rolled around.

It’s just like business;
