My early life as a hacker

I’m not proud of this story but it is kinda amusing…

Many moons ago when I was 14 years old I was put on a work experience placement thru my school.

I was placed at a “technology company” who made expensive measuring devices for high industry.

They had tons of computers in their office (probably one of the first to do so considering this was like 1987.

I’ve always been fascinated by networks, the internet and passwords.

Blame the movie “War Games”.

So anyhoo –

I got into this office and “hacked” into someone’s computer by guessing her password (her pet’s name).

I was giddy with excitement and drunk with power.

I emailed every employee in the company an email saying “This is pants.”

Oh boy.

That didn’t end well.

The lesson?

Don’t let a 14-year old alone with a networked computer…

And also;

If you want something guarded well then make sure you use a really secure code.

Like all the millions of bucks hidden in internet marketing;

There’s a super secure code to get access to it.

And it’s not my pet’s name.

You wanna know what the code is?

The answer is;
