Willy Wonka messed up.
Sure.
He came up with a genius plan to shift a lot of chocolate bars by putting a Golden Ticket in a few of them.
Kudos.
But what he should have done (instead of wander around giving dodgy looks to the Oompa Loompas in his shady factory) is develop a HIGH TICKET and not a golden ticket.
You see;
In the land of the interwebs the high ticket offers rule the roost.
Why get paid a $10 commission when you can get paid a $1000 commission for exactly the same effort?
