I’m feeling pretty happy with myself right now.
You see I just hopped off my new hi-tech scales which measure everything from percentage fat, muscle mass (isolated by limb) and, more importantly, your metabolic age.
This is how old your body is based on all the key metrics.
It’s at this point I need to confess to you that I’m 41 years old.
